Project:

Our client is in need of a Subject Matter Expert for Product Configuration Management. This person's main responsibilities will be to Author and Execute UATs for an existing Software Update. The contractor coming in should have 7+ years of experience within Software Validation, UATs, or System Testing.

Requirements

PCM Capabilities in scope:

• Windchill PDMLink Functionality, e.g.:
• Parts, eBOM, mBOM, Product Structure (Part-DOC-CAD Relationships)
• Plan
• Design Review
• Reporting
• Windchill MPMLink Functionality, e.g.:
• Resources (e.g. Plants & Work Centers)
• Process Plan, Operations, Standard Operations
• Enterprise Data
• Change Management in combination with PCM capabilities
• Change Request
• Change Notice
• Change Tasks

Required skills

• Experienced in software validation (SDLC), user acceptance testing (UAT) or system testing (ST)
• PTC Windchill: Knowledge in PDMLink and MPMLink functionalities
  • Knowledge in CAD (Creo, NX, or Solidworks) is an advantage (not required for UAT)
• Microsoft Excel: Intermediate to Advanced
• Atlassian Jira: knowledge in Jira & Xray is an advantage
