Matheson is looking for an experienced MCC Operations Supervisor for our Sacramento, CA location. As an MCC Operations Supervisor, you will ensure a safe and on-time delivery service to our customers, ensuring that equipment and drivers comply with DOT and company safety regulations. You will disseminate information to the field accurately and timely while providing decision making support that includes performance, cost controls, and maximizing the utilization of drivers and equipment. You will actively and efficiently monitor a 24/7 multi-line telephone system, responding to incoming calls from customers. You will work closely with managers and drivers, providing them leadership guidance to help solve operational/maintenance breakdowns and improvement opportunities. You will source, coordinate and monitor rental equipment, providing comprehensive reports on issue resolution. The successful candidate will hold drivers accountable for following Matheson policies and procedures Compensation: Competitive Primary Skills & Qualifications: Education/Experience: BS Degree or equivalent experience AND 5 years related experience.
