Shift: Full-Time (40 hrs.) Days, evenings, nights (depending on availability) occasional on call weekends may be required

Work Location: UM Hospital -South UTower Supply Chain Administration

  • Properly maintains adequate inventory in main store rooms and floor stock areas.
  • Prints and places appropriate labels on inventory packages.
  • Requisitions, receives, stocks, and replenishes supplies daily or as needed.
  • Checks expiration dates on supplies in inventory and rotates supplies.
  • Assists in unloading and unpacking inventory items as they are received.
  • Notifies managing staff of any issues, such as overstocking and discrepancies.
  • Assures that supplies are charged appropriately on the day of delivery.
  • Ensures that receiving and ordering paperwork is accurate and preserved appropriately.
  • Assist with unloading, unpacking, and storing inventory items as received.
  • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
