Job Description:

• Support Solventum Rebranding initiative by working across Solventum ERP and Material Master systems to execute processes ensuring timely material reservation and creation.
• Material reservation - Executing process to ensure Phase In Material ID's are reserved.
• GTIN reservation - Executing process to reserve GTINs for Phase In material.
• This includes analysis of the Phase Out existing pack levels and GTINs.
• Material Create - Executing process to create new Phase In Materials ensuring accurate master data for any changes from the Phase Out Material. (e.g. Country of Origin, Basic Data Text, GTINs)
• Troubleshooting as needed with packaging and GTIN functional SMEs
• Assisting with identification of efficiencies and process improvement options to enable reservation and create due date achievement under tight timelines.

Qualifications Must have:

• Basic understanding of packaging levels and GTINs
• Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel advanced functionality.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Good facilitation skills and ability to lead detailed data analysis meetings/discussions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional and cross-border teams.
• Good English communication - written and spoken.
