Title: Material Inspector/Packer

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Division/Dept: USC Supply/Production

I. Major Responsibilities:

· Promotes and follows Standard Operating Procedures

· Follow all safety rules, quality standards, and dress code

· Makes sure that boxes are filled properly, and pallets are stacked neatly

· Stamps boxes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

· Always maintains quality assurance standards

II. Specific Responsibilities:

· Must be well organized and have good reasoning

· Inspects product prior to sealing the box

· Maintains a clean and safe working environment

· Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned and can work overtime

III. Education:

· High school degree or GED equivalency not required, but preferable.

· Must read and write proficiently either in English or Spanish.

IV. Experience:

· Manufacturing Experience Preferred but not Required.

· Working on a team

V. Skills:

· Ability to stand for an entire 12-hour shift and be able to lift 22 lbs. on a regular basis.

· Manual dexterity to use hands proficiently in tight spaces

· Prone to work neatly and orderly

· Ability to perform repetitive work for long periods of time

· Has a disposition to work neatly and orderly
