Henry Company, a Carlisle Company, is a leader in Building Envelope Systems®, managing the flow of water, vapor, air and energy from foundation to roof. Our quality products offer designers, contractors and building owners the right solutions for below grade, walls and roofs.

Standard hours are 06:00 - 14:30, but they must be flexible and able to work until 18:00, if needed. Saturdays will be periodic and occasional during peak season but may be necessary from time to time afterwards. Normally, there is no work on Sunday.

This position will switch to 2nd shift during peak season, starting in April.

Starting Pay: $19.82-$24.64

Material Handler Job Summary:

* Order picking, staging and processing inventory
* Shipping and receiving duties
* Order data entry and order processing
* Utilize propane forklifts to move inventory throughout the facility
* Barcode scan gun use
* Customer service
* Load and unload trucks
* Receive trucks, as needed

Work Environment

This job operates in an industrial manufacturing environment without air-conditioning. This role requires regular standing and walking for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, sitting, operating machinery, and lifting/carrying is required.

* 2 years experience with propane forklifts preferred
* Experience using barcode scan guns
* Previous experience picking, staging, and processing orders
* Ability to lift, carry, stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Open availability/flexibility to work overtime as needed
* Extensive knowledge of shipping and receiving
* Data entry skills a plus
