Position Summary

The Master Scheduler will support a very dynamic operation within I2WD's premier integration facility; and, will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule management system and implementing best scheduling practices on projects. Must have experience with Microsoft Project and will solicit inputs from a variety of project owners to map out an all-encompassing schedule for distribution to stakeholders. Ideal background will have previous Government experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinate with multiple project stakeholders to develope schedule to facilitate ordering, fabrication and delivery of fabricaed systems.
    • Interact with senior Government leadership, as well as contractor staff, to coordinate the resources required to deliver requisite systems for CONUS and OCONUS customers (travel not required)
  • Perform other quality duties as required
Requirements

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship and must currently possess an active Secret DoD Security Clearance.
  • Experienced in MS Project, inclusive of Macros.
  • Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Experience & Education

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent education desired.
  • 5 - 7 years experience; military experience E7 and up.

Physical/Working Requirements

  • Ability to work in office/lab/warehouse environments.
