The Marketing Lead Generation Specialist will directly impact the achievement of sales across all markets and lines of business. Responsible for directing utilizing (internal and externa) marketing data to execute and assist on initiatives set by the Chief Marketing Officer, and collaborating with line of business leaders/sales managers. Supports the use of the bank's CRM strategy by promoting and supporting implementation banker leads.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

· Lead Generation Management (60%)

o Establishes primary external lead generation sources and champions utilization of external data to provide prospects/leads to bankers, including ongoing analysis and refinement of lead/prospect investment and use

o Works with the internal bank data sources and analysts to assist in identifying and aggregating internal leads for marketing and communication efforts including working closely with other bank data analysts to append transactional data to audiences for suppression, analysis, general communication and campaign execution.

o Provide training and process docs to sales teams as appropriate in relation to accessing leads and marketing campaigns for increased adoption and better offline results tracking.

o Assist in tracking, analytics for internal and external lead generation efforts

· Support Marketing Sales Management (30%)

o Support regular marketing and client communication activities including execution of pulling and loading lists and performing campaign setup and configuration

o Effectively manage audiences and distribute to appropriate destinations for media campaigns, setup cadence for updating audiences on a regular basis, and work directly with agency to ensure timely execution of media campaigns.

o Build reports and dashboards based on commonly requested information from the First Financial teams to improve utilization of digital tools, solutions and marketing campaigns

o CRM Development & Support (25%)

o Regularly meet with different line of business managers to ensure understanding and process execution

o Provide CRM sales education and training to sales managers and end users

o Effectively manage budget lines assigned to lead development.

o Diagnose, troubleshoot, and/or monitor issues including client-reported issues, platform or partner system issues and maintenance windows, and gaps or issues in data quality

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

· Moderate CRM experience

· Moderate experience with utilizing a marketing database; understanding of relevant I.T. systems and processes associated with a customer database

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment

· Strategic thinker that's diligent, flexible, resourceful with strong self-starter mentality who possesses a strong work ethic

· 6 years of demonstrated leadership of coaching, management and/or mentoring in a sales environment

· 6 years demonstrated prior success with multiple sales processes

· Must have strong working knowledge of loan policies and procedures, especially Commercial Lending and Business Banking

· 6 years' experience in exceeding business development goals in a sales environment

· High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

· 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred

· Lean, Six Sigma, or other "Performance Excellence" experience

· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

· Salesforce experience

· Financial Services experience
