Description:

The ideal candidate will lead a range of marketing and graphic design tasks that are critical for Pennoni’s communication both internally and externally. This person must be able to generate a variety of content mediums which includes both written and visuals assets. The role requires coordination and communication internally within Pennoni team members and may include coordination with outside parties such as our media partners and allies. The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as graphic design capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Supports brainstorming and development of ideas for creative marketing external campaigns including but not limited to storyboarding, insights blog posts, email campaigns, social media marketing, etc.
  • Generates marketing collateral.
  • Assists with the development of internal marketing collateral that may include support around: ads/sponsorship material; Pennoni internal portal graphics; and other collateral materials including announcements, service briefs, tradeshow briefs/postcards, etc. This may also include the development of electronic newsletters from assets collected and curated from the marketing team.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts within the firm who hold knowledge required for written thought leadership content. This role involves the ability to interview these experts and write a compelling narrative from the information they provide.
  • Helps support the development of social media assets. This may involve the repurposing of existing blog articles, or the generation of unique social media assets. This person is expected to monitor the pulse of the social media marketing landscape and may propose strategies for positioning Pennoni across a variety of social media outlets and platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Assists with social media management. Ensures timely posting of news, publications, awards, and other content for Pennoni’s social media sites.
  • Ensures adherence to brand guidelines.

Internal Communication

  • Manages content for weekly portal news.
