How will you make an impact?

We are looking for self-motivated, Supply Chain Planning professional with an emphasis on production planning and cross-functional collaboration. As part of our planning team, you will translate customer forecast to production demand, run rate, balancing production capacity to meet customer demand.

You will put your process improvement skills to work by reviewing current process and proposing more efficient ways.

What will you do?

  • Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and materials inventory levels for assigned Product Lines.
  • Create and maintain Firm work orders for assigned Product Lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain and manufacturing teams to identify delivery risks and build mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular reports on production and scheduling performance, including key performance indicators and variance analysis and make data-driven decisions to optimize production resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast and planning processes.
How will you get here?

Education:
  • Minimum required education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
  • APICS certified in Planning & Inventory Management preferable.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain (manufacturing planning/ scheduling preferred)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, recommend solutions, and drives continuous improvements to completion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook), PowerPoint, Power BI.
