Conviva Physician Group is looking for a Managing Partner will serve as a visible physician executive leader to add to our team in North Florida. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be Florida licensed, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics and have experience in Medicare Advantage. Having held past leadership roles is preferred. As a member of the Physician Group's Clinical Executive Committee, you will have input to manage, along with other physician leaders and the Group's President, the overall clinical and medico-administrative operations of the Group. The Managing Partner will oversee the performance of Associate Medical Directors in the Region in conducting, amount other duties, clinical case reviews of care received by Members in and assigned market, member population or condition type. The Managing Partner is accountable for orientation, training, coaching and mentoring of the Associate Medical Directors and serves as a physician advisor to the utilization management/care coordination nursing department responsible for clinical process and is accountable for monitoring market clinical metrics.

Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s) and will lead multiple managers. Travel throughout our North Florida Market is required as you will be working directly with our clinical leaders and teams to identify and improve on deficiencies. Role requires management experience working with community physician practices for quality improvement programs, utilization and performance in a value-based setting. Ability to establish a peer and collegial relationship to enhance clinical program offerings to members for outcomes reporting with clinical support and data analytics. Will also provide clinical support to Conviva Primary Care Centers working with other clinical leaders as to oversight of assigned centers in a team-based environment.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive Management/Leadership Experience
• Value Based Outpatient Care Experience
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
