What you will do:
  • Work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing financial and operational risks within their business processes and systems.
    • Be responsible for developing and maturing ERM capabilities and technologies to support client solutions
    • Build awareness of ERM capabilities both internally and externally, resulting in sales growth and market recognition
    • Overseeing and developing the ERM team to support growth of the ERM solutions and offerings
  • Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met
  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with the goal of acquiring new clients, projects, and revenue
  • Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs
  • Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree within business, finance, accounting, or public administration
  • MBA, MPA, or CRMP designation(s) required
  • 10+ plus years of progressive related consulting experience, including at least 7 years serving as a project manager in managing large and complex client relationships.
  • Proven capacity to act as a dynamic leader, with a demonstrated ability to navigate and lead change management initiatives effectively
  • Ability to train team members and peers, and serve as a mentor
Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $186,200 to $394,670. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
