SUMMARY

Working with general supervision, the Treasury Manager will take the lead role in the administration of and fulfillment of international and domestic financial institution documentation requirements. Associates in the role will work closely with colleagues to obtain and maintain entity documentation necessary for financial institution and statutory requirements. Associate may interact with his or her supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require a supervisor's advance approval.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Execute and maintain treasury related agreements/documents such as, but not limited to: Bank Services Agreements, KYC, EMIR, ISDA, LEI, Bank Foreign Currency Agreements, Bank Resolutions, Incumbency Certificates, other treasury related operating agreements

* Responsible for the Corporate FBAR documentation and reporting

* Monitor and maintain departmental SOX compliance and serve as departmental point of contact with internal and external auditors

* Serve as the user administrator for bank and trading portals, the current treasury management system (GTreasury), and other treasury related 3rd party systems

* Work closely with, and maintain strong relationships legal, tax, accounting, international, and internal audit departments

* Provide routine reports to management, and work to achieve departmental goals

* Assume ad-hoc and special projects as designated by treasury department management

* Work with all levels of management to obtain, explain, update, and maintain proper documentation to comply with corporate, statutory, and financial institution requirements

* Serve in back-up role capacity for the daily cash management operation, as needed

* Manage relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization; adhere consistently with all organizational policies related to our respectful workplace

* Responsible for adhering consistently with all employment policies as stated in the employee handbook provided or as provided by his or her supervisor

* Model the high level of customer service expected of all GameStop associates including, but not limited to, responding to voice mails and emails within organizationally defined timeframes, completing projects as committed, responding to others' feedback appropriately, and making optimal use of organizationally limited resources by offering assistance to other functional teams when appropriate

* Model team commitment by adhering to the team's expectations and guidelines; fulfilling team responsibilities; and demonstrating personal commitment to the team by being cooperative, collaborative, and flexible

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

* Accredited bachelor's university in the areas of either finance, accounting, or business management and administration; Master of Business Administration and/or CTP certification preferred

* 4-7 years' experience in related treasury administration and /or operations experience

* Previous treasury transactional experience a plus; cash management; bank electronic portals & electronic payments, foreign exchange trading, forecasting etc.

* Travel: Availability for limited travel

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

* Expert ability to open and close both foreign and domestic bank accounts, satisfying all statutory and financial institutional documentation requirements

* Proficient and direct experience with SOX compliance and audits, as well as familiarity with Dodd-Frank documentation and requirements

* Expert organizational, presentation, and written skills

* Above average ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English; Bilingual preferred

* Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization

* Ability to remain effective under stress, and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization

* Above average proficiency and knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

* Demonstrated ability to model customer-focused behaviors leading to outstanding customer experiences

* Consistently demonstrates a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
