Kuni BMW in Beaverton, Oregon has an outstanding opportunity for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join the Holman family!

What will you do?

As part of our sales management team, you will report directly to the General Manager and be directly responsible for all aspects of the pre-owned sales department at our Kuni Auto Center facility.
Our pre-owned manager maintains and develops a highly motivated and productive sales force at the Kuni Auto Center, while ensuring best in class customer satisfaction. The Pre-Owned Sales Manager is also responsible for:

  • Leveraging our acquisition specialist and KBB buying center to purchase vehicles for retail sale (we also have a central acquisitions team that supports buying used vehicles from other channels).
  • Accurately appraising KBB buy center trade-ins and liaising with our central reconditioning team (we have a shared reconditioning process with our sister store, Kuni Lexus of Portland that allows us to streamline all reconditioning efforts).
  • Supervise pre-owned car sales staff; ensure processes are followed and accountability is in place and have ability to take T/O's when sales team is busy.
  • Ensure all aspects of inventory turn, pre-owned car lot display and vehicle deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectively.
  • Responsible for administrating the Kuni Auto Center's pre-owned car department's daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees.


What are we looking for?
  • High school graduate, or equivalent, college degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience in automotive sales environment, or otherwise related experience. Specific pre-owned and luxury brand experience is a plus.
  • Must pass all pre-testing requirements and background screening tests
  • Current valid driver's license
  • Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational team-building skills and proven customer relations skills
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills. Demonstrated organizational ability with level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively.
