Qualifications
Bachelor of Science, and 5 to 7 years or Master of Science, and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in hematology, genetic engineering and related disciplines required
Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology) are strongly preferred
Proven expertise in Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems and genome engineering techniques, particularly in the context of immune cells
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage research projects, from conception to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for advancing cancer immunotherapy research and a track record of innovation in the field
Experience with cutting-edge techniques in molecular biology, genomics, and cell biology
Previous leadership and mentorship experience is a plus
Strong multitasking abilities and an extremely high-level of reliability and dependability
Excellent organizational record keeping skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Understanding of cell manufacturing or product development. Prior experience with providing support for complex, translational research projects with multiple stakeholders.
