YOUR ROLE

We seek a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives at CEVA Logistics North America. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and analytics. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Director. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our digital strategy, optimizing marketing campaigns, and generating demand for our services.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Orchestrate the deployment and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google paid ads, LinkedIn ads and email marketing in agreement with the head office central team.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for demand generation, including funnel building, email sequencing, and lead nurturing.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, and Charm.io to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage prospects and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes to track key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Implement data-driven reporting dashboards and test landing pages to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Assist in managing budget planning and tracking for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and insights, and leverage market analysis and intent data to inform marketing strategies

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on project management and demand generation
  • Experience working in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry and in an international organization, preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and experience with other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and tools.
  • Experience working in larger enterprises or global companies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, and Charm.io.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of UTM tracking, pixels, and other tracking mechanisms.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and Datamyne.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
