This position will lead the generation of analytics and reporting to drive enterprise-wide decision support for business franchise operations across the Inspire Brands portfolio. The position will work with brand analytics, operations leadership, development leadership and other shared services to deliver scalable franchise analytics platforms that will drive business change and solve questions from the Brands.
Support the development and maintenance of analytics to understand indicators/predictors of franchise business results, including operations, development, and financial performance. Perform supporting analyses to identify top drivers of franchise performance across a cross section of business data and/or metrics
Operationalize analytics across franchise management teams and brand leaders to enable business decisions pertaining to FZ growth and/or management
Develop and retain subject matter expertise on franchisee business operations and the associated KPIs needed to measure performance
Facilitate cross functional communication and alignment regarding franchise analytics for the Inspire enterprise and its brands
Develop expertise regarding relevant data and data sources to enable efficient analytical processes
Support cross functional assignments and projects with analytic support requests made by brand counterparts
Support data governance IT/data platform teams to ensure franchisee related data quality & accuracy
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field required
1 - 3 years of experience in an analytical role/s
Knowledge/experience analyzing franchisee performance preferred
Knowledge of restaurant industry, specifically surrounding franchise business model preferred
Passion for food and the restaurant business
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Strong aptitude in understanding and execution of analyses and analytical thinking
Comfort working with data and data sources, Intermediate knowledge of SQL helpful
Experience in data management and validation through working with IT/data platform teams
Experience in solving complex business problems through cross functional work and analytics
Understanding of statistical software, i.e. SAS, R, STATA, helpful
