Support Inspire's family of brands by creating and nurturing long-term relationships and business with our fellow brands and shared services teams. Align with the culture and values of Inspire and ensure that Maverick Studios' output reflects them. Collaborates with other leaders of Maverick Studios to ensure that broader team goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate as liaison between project team members and clients/business partners
Manage the implementation of short- and long-term strategic marketing initiatives on behalf of assigned clients and/or lines of business
Provide strategic direction and guidance to enable the realization of client business objectives
Manage development of sales materials, collateral, and marketing outreach for print, video, and web
Ensure integration of messaging across all channels
Oversee, manage, and prioritize project workflow from scoping/briefing to final execution
Develop detailed project plans and manage timing throughout the life of each project
Work with clients and colleagues to manage project budgets.
Communicate scope, timing and/or budget changes to team members and key stakeholders, developing contingency plans as needed
Develop project status reports and manage regular team status meetings
Apply communications best practices, trends, and knowledge of Inspire and its family of brands' key strengths and attributes to all marketing communications initiatives
Develop and maintain strong client and team relationships
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment
Minimum 5 years spent working inside creative and production environments for and with clients/business partners
Minimum of 4 years' experience leading, developing and coaching teams for improved and sustained performance
Experience managing P&L's is a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Excellent planning and organization skills
Familiar with the processes and work of a creative / design / print production work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically; ability to conceptualize and execute projects and find answers to questions before they are asked
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities/initiatives and meet deadlines
Exceptional communicator with clear, effective and concise written and oral skills to all levels of the business
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to scope and schedule changes
Agile, comfortable bending between the strategic and tactical
Solution-orientated, complex problem solver, adaptable to change and shifting priorities with the upmost professionalism
Consistently displays a high level of ownership, self-motivation, initiative and follow through
Expert knowledge of workflow process design and workflow software management and improvement
