Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Manger - Claims Service Center position is to provide leadership to and support in meeting day-to-day Service Center objectives including service excellence; and to support continued Service Center growth and development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
40% Manage and coach service team; demonstrate superior customer service skills; evaluate performance of and provide feedback; Organize and supervise daily workflow of service team for company-wide claims support
10% Develop skilled customer service staff to meet or exceed company service standards
10% Monitor and update claims processes for efficiency as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff in each office; effectively service the needs of the customers
10% Provide leadership, motivation, communication, and follow-up in the establishment of overall service expectations
10% Communicate changes in corporate standards, guidelines and processes to service team; become a resource to the staff as changes are developed and implemented
5% Develop training materials as required
Secondary Duties:
5% Supervise and perform other duties as directed by management
