  • Primary Tasks:
  • Lead the strategy planning and execution efforts to support Be the Sun learning curriculum and ongoing training program
  • Identify critical knowledge and behaviors related to Be the Sun and develop strategies for building on and reinforcing concepts and engagement
  • Evaluate Be the Sun learning content and build a comprehensive plan to deploy current and future materials externally
  • Evaluate current Holman University content and identify opportunities for implementing Be the Sun concepts into current offerings
  • Produce and develop content for external audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify touchpoints for employees with Be the Sun content and its relationship to the Holman Way
  • Coordinate and develop relationships with other training stakeholders, institutions, and industry experts to obtain external expertise, best practices, and use cases
  • Develop communication plans and present to the Be the Sun Steering committee
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Relevant Work Experience:
  • 3-5+ years' experience in project management, strategy, learning & development
  • Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
  • Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Experience in building training programs and executing on strategic initiatives
  • Strong strategic consulting skills that leverages business acumen, industry knowledge and subject matter expertise
  • Experience and knowledge of Be the Sun a plus
Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions in training a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
