Hays Property and Facilities are partnered with an active Chicago-based real estate firm, as they look to staff a Maintenance Technician in the downtown area. With a successful project pipeline, including new developments breaking ground as we speak, this is a great time to join an expanding, active team.

Your new role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be overseeing the maintenance operations of a 200+ luxury unit property. You will need to oversee every aspect of keeping this property up and running, including general maintenance, service requests, and repairs.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years as a Maintenance Technician
• Experience with multifamily market rate property
• Experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC (heat pump experience a plus)
• EPA certified/CPO certified/HVAC certified
• Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with residents, staff, and management
