Overview

Are you interested in a career change? Look no further! The Lebanon Campus is hiring for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Associate.

This position is designed to support Campus operations by reducing equipment down time as well as supporting general facility maintenance and improvements for the purpose of safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Maintaining safety as it relates to equipment and maintenance conditions in the Campus;
• Performing general and preventive maintenance not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production machines and equipment.
• Painting to maintain safety controls and general appearance of facility, and replacement of lights/ballasts.
• Position includes set up and installation of equipment needed for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

The functions and performance requirements vary depending on the area of the work, but generally the job responsibilities unique to this position could include all or a portion of the following:

General Maintenance Experience: Painting, bulb replacing, minor repairs and maintenance.

Various other mechanical and building infrastructure repair or maintenance

Must have desire to complete technical training in related job functions

Must be flexible to work extended hours when needed

Must have good communication and social skills

Must have excellent work ethic, attendance and safety record

Must safely operate mobile equipment.

1-3 years of previous experience as maintenance tech preferred but not required
