*Salary Range: * $120k-$130k/yr + Annual Bonus + Stock Options

Based in beautiful Southern California we are a VC-backed prefabricated home building company that specializes in sustainable building and innovative design. Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring an Equipment & Facilities Engineering Manager to lead teams in our new facility that possesses strong experience with CNC, TPM, CAD/CAM, & Industrial Equipment experience.

What You Will Be Doing As an Equipment & Facilities Engineering Manager you will be leading the launch of our new, state of the art, factory by owning and validating the performance of the equipment and facility. You will also be leading cross-functional teams which include the local employees and subcontractors by ensuring the equipment and maintenance are following the uptime and overall facility performance. Other responsibilities but not limited to include working hands on with industrial equipment, Total Production Maintenance (TPM), creating SOPs for equipment and facilities processes, CAM data translation & troubleshooting, and working with the local and state authorities for required permits and regulatory approvals.
What You Need for this Position *Must have skills: *
- Managing teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Industrial Equipment Experience 3+ years experience (Must be certified to work on electrical and mechanical equipment)
- Total Production Maintenance (TPM) 3+ years experience
- CNC and/or automated equipment experience
- CAD/CAM knowledge

*Nice to have skills: *
- Automated wood working equipment experience
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
