Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Compound Operator I shall, at a minimum, be responsible for the following functions:

• Inter-company communications, communicating status of production runs.
  
• Maintain clean working environment.
  
• Follow company applicable procedures, policies, work instructions.
  
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
  
• Able to assist in all compounding operations as directed.
  

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Skills and Abilities

The Compound Operator I shall, at minimum, have the following pre-hire qualifications:

• General knowledge/application of hand tools.
  
• General knowledge of mechanical function.
  
• Vision needed to work with and test small parts.
  
• Detail oriented.
  
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. 5.0
