The Radiology Clinic is hiring for a patient-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant to work PRN for our clinic located at the Boise Regional Medical Center.
About this Position:
As you can imagine this isn't your standard clinic. As an MA in the Radiology clinic, you will work with three APP providers from Gem State Radiology, an RN and MA. You will develop a skill set related to imaging, interventional radiology, and will see patients at the beginning of their care through to post care. You will also perform typical MA duties such as rooming patients, charting, lab draws, and injections. In addition, you will also perform wound dressing, phone triage and more!

Work Schedule: This position will cover for a maternity leave that is starting early December through March/April and also help cover PTO and call outs. During the maternity leave the position will work a set schedule, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Our highly-skilled imaging technologists, support staff and board-certified radiologists provide radiology consultation services 24 hours a day with a broad range of comprehensive specialties.
Saint Alphonsus also offers full service diagnostic imaging and was the first in the region to develop a 3-D imaging lab to render 3-D and other special images of CT scans so physicians can easily "fly-through" and around a patient's anatomy, realistically diagnosing conditions, screening disease and planning for surgery, in addition to a few more.
