Lubrication Technician/Oiler, Georgetown, South Carolina

Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players tojoin our team as a Lube Tech in our Georgetown, South Carolina  Division. Starting rate for this position is $21.00 per hour with the potential to grow to $23.00 per hour based on skill level and experience.

What You'll Do

• Must adhere to all safety policiesand standards.
• Must adhere toall HR policies and standards.
• Service allreducers.
• Keep up with thepreventative maintenance on all drive chains and sprockets.
• Change filterson hydraulic units and check oil levels.
• Fill all lubetanks and oil tanks daily.
• Perform basicmaintenance on hydraulic units.
• Service, repair,and maintain automatic oil and grease lube systems.
• Perform anyother duties in any area requested by Supervisor in order to keep area inoperation.
• Keep work areaneat and clean.
• PhysicalRequirements: Walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting(up to 50 lbs.)

What You'll Offer

• Ability to follow instructions andwork without constant supervision.
• Must be a teamplayer and able to work with people in an intelligent and professional manner.
• Knowledgeable onboth oil and grease lubricants.
• Knowledgeable ongreasing procedures for bearings.
• Must be able towork flexible schedules which could include weekends, holidays, and call-induties.
• High SchoolDiploma or GED.
• 2 (two) years ofexperience (unless coming in as a Trainee)
