Provides nursing care for assigned patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with physician's orders and established policies and procedures of the nursing department as well as professional standards of nursing, applicable Federal and State laws, state nurse practice guidelines, and regulatory agencies. Communicates with physicians, co-workers, and other departments as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology, and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Cares for patients of all ages.
