Position Description:
This position can be located in Little Rock, AR. or Dallas, TX.

Job Purpose and Scope:

Provides administrative support to Equipment Finance and Capital Solutions (EFCS) leadership in the continued oversight and management of the Equipment Finance and Capital Solutions Loan Portfolio.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serves as first point of contact for all internal and external partners regarding funding, client invoicing, lender notifications, loan servicing activities, customer inquiries, and various on-going needs required to manage the EFCS portfolio.
  • Partners effectively with EFCS team and Bank personnel to originate, monitor, maintain and grow profitable commercial loan portfolio.
  • Ensures all departmental loan and deposit transactions adhere to Bank policy and procedures, minimizing operational exceptions, risks, and losses.
  • Prepares and mails Adverse Action Notices to declined applicants, as required by law.
  • Assembles loan files and loan documents required for Loan Operations, Credit Administration, and Loan Review.
  • Coordinates with clients regarding past due payments and loan maturities.
  • Assists with EFCS reporting requirements including pipeline, production, credit and management reports, and related results, as needed.
  • Serves as EFCS liaison by meeting the customers' needs and maximizing the customer/Bank relationship.
  • Coordinates loan closings by responding to and completing draw requests in conjunction with EFCS team.
  • Ensures compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
  • Assists management other duties, as required.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Knowledge of basic elements required to close a loan.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Position Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business related field, or commensurate work experience, preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a commercial lending production office or working with complex credits, required.
