Prominent mid-size law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Downtown Los Angeles team. The ideal Litigation Paralegal candidate will possess 4+ years of civil litigation defense including at least 1 year of Labor & Employment defense experience and ability to support attorneys at every stage of litigation from inception through trial/settlement.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for propounding and responding to discovery, drafting a variety of litigation documents (pleadings, declarations, motions, etc.), filing/e-filing with state and federal courts, trial and deposition prep, and assisting with document productions.

Firm offers comprehensive benefits, hybrid work schedules (after 90 days), and an award winning workplace culture. Compensation range: $80k - $95k annually depending on experience.
