Beacon Hill Legal is currently recruiting for a litigation paralegal job in the Richmond, VA area. This role requires a minimum of one year of recent experience in civil litigation, preferably focused on medical malpractice or personal injury. Salary is dependent upon experience and hours are flexible for the right candidate - even part-time candidates will be considered.

Some of the responsibilities of the litigation paralegal include:
* Communicating with clients
* Drafting motions, discovery, pleadings
* Requesting and reviewing of medical records
* Compiling documents for production

Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of recent experience as a litigation paralegal
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
* Proven ability to stay organized and manage deadlines
