The LINQ Payments Specialist is responsible for the successful onboarding of clients for LINQ Family Portal, LINQ Fee Management and other payment processing applications. The LINQ Payments Specialist will perform tasks that enable and drive client adoption and usage of LINQ Family Portal for payments and fee management, measured by metrics reflecting timely project delivery, increased product adoption and utilization, and client satisfaction and retention. The LINQ Payments Specialist will work with the LINQ CX and other LINQ functional teams and other LINQ functional teams to provide services, resolve issues and develop reporting related to LINQ payment applications and their delivery. The LINQ Payments Specialist reports to the LINQ Payments Project Manager.
JOB DUTIES:
Complete LINQ payment application onboarding projects throughout the implementation process from project initiation to closure
Work with LINQ Support and other LINQ teams to resolve support requests related to LINQ Family Portal, fee management and other payments applications
Ensure client satisfaction and retention, as measured by standard industry metrics for CSAT and NPS
Document all project tasks, issues and client and internal project communications in LINQ project management and CRM tools (Wrike and Salesforce)
Work with clients, LINQ sales and CX teams to ensure successful project closure and support handoff
Provide client training and work with CX Client Operations team to help develop training materials in Salesforce Communities and LINQ Academy products
Work with Payments Project Manager to produce project reporting for team and company operating metrics
Work directly with LINQ payment application clients to increase utilization of the service in their districts to facilitate attainment of corporate revenue goals
Identify at-risk clients and work with the LINQ client success team to communicate outstanding issues and improve at-risk client satisfaction and retention
Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of LINQ payment applications, including their integrations with TITAN nutrition software and other LINQ products
Work with LINQ Payments Project Manager and LINQ PMO to continuously provide client feedback and user information for product development
Support LINQ CX teams including PMO, Implementation and Support teams and perform other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in client-based functional role, including client support or implementation project management, preferably in a software-related industry
Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
Experience in using project management or CRM systems for management of project tasks and client information
Technical proficiency in using relevant desktop, web-based and mobile products, including spreadsheet-based reporting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details, including ability to document client interactions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well-developed client-facing etiquette in all interactions
Experience in working remotely with team members and clients for training and presentations
Strong experience in working independently and/or with teams to achieve specific goals
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
