Beacon Hill is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant to join a leading corporation in Oakbrook, IL! This position is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers a hybrid-WFH schedule and competitive compensation!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate legal environment
• Experience supporting a General Counsel
• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skills
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Paralegal Certification preferred
• Prior experience working with cloud-based platforms to manage entities, legal billing and matter management, and contract lifecycle management preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the General Counsel's schedule by arranging appointments and crafting detailed itineraries.
• Generate and prepare essential documents such as reports, letters, proposals, and presentation materials. Also, take charge of organizing, refining, and disseminating various communications. Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage mail efficiently.
• Organize and maintain vital legal documents, including contracts and nondisclosure agreements, by cataloging and indexing files. Develop and refresh contract management tools, such as spreadsheets or databases, to track agreements.
• Support the handling of legal disputes and claims, liaise with regulatory bodies, legislative authorities, and external lawyers. This includes facilitating the collection and submission of required documents and drafting necessary correspondence.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of corporate entities in a dedicated database.
• Administer and monitor litigation holds, ensuring compliance and tracking throughout the process.

This corporation offers WFH flexibility and salaries are based on experience ($70K-$80k+)!
