A law firm in Baltimore County is looking to hire a full-time legal client service representative. The Customer Service Representative oversees the fulfilment of client requests to ensure accuracy, timely completion and the overall satisfaction of the client in all areas of client service.
This position will help us with:
* Providing support to clients by handling clients inquiries, assisting with orders, communicating progress on pending requests, updating pending requests, problems, delays, and or issues.
* Checking data for accuracy, clients' orders are correctly entered, custodial contacts are update, confirm location(s).
* Providing interdepartmental assistance as needed.
What you should have:
* 2 years of prior customer service experience.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Ability to handle challenging client interactions.
* Problem solving skills and use of the Internet.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients.
