Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold at least a Master's Degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or physics with a minimum of 18 graduate-level credit hours in mathematics courses or 18 graduate-level credit hours in a heavily quantitative field such as statistics or physics and experience teaching undergraduate mathematics.
Job Summary
The Department of Mathematics at Augusta University is seeking to fill a non-tenure-track position in mathematics at the rank of Lecturer to begin in August 2021. The position carries a teaching load of 12-15 hours per semester, and an expectation of service to the department, college, university, and profession.
Shift/Salary
Academic rank, tenure status and salary to be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
