Job Summary
The Department of History, Anthropology, and Philosophy at Augusta University is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Anthropology to begin August 2022. The successful candidate will be able to teach introductory-level Cultural Anthropology and Biological Anthropology in the General Education curriculum, an upper division class in Biological Anthropology for majors, and another upper division class in the candidate's areas of expertise such as Forensic Anthropology, Bioarcheology, Osteology, Paleopathology, etc. Standard load for lecturers at Augusta University is five courses (15 hours) per semester.
Shift/Salary
Academic rank, tenure status and salary to be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
