Lead Superintendent We are and integrated Developer and Contractor currently managing multi-family properties in Georgia and Florida. We are set to break ground on over 14,000 units throughout the southeast. We are currently looking to bring on a Lead Superintendent in Kennesaw, GA. Currently have a Garden-style property and Wrap wood frame story project breaking ground. If you have a focus in multi-family, please apply!
What You Will Be Doing - Mostly Garden-Style, Podium & Wrap type deals
- Multi-family construction
- Ground-up development
- Managing job sites
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of Superintendent experience
- 3+ years of multi-family experience
- High school diploma
