The Lead Generation Analyst is a key partner in the First Financial Bank (FFB) Marketing, Product and Line of Business teams and reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Marketing and Sales. This individual must be highly collaborative, hardworking, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time. They must have a high attention detail in order to maintain a ninety-five percent accuracy rate. The analyst is responsible for external lead data management and management of internal lead lists including but not limited to acquiring external leads, appending data to current records, distributing data to appropriate partners for marketing channel utilization and some analyzing of data for segmentation and strategic purposes. Key areas of responsibility for the Lead Development Analyst include understanding the FFB CRM system (Salesforce) in terms of establishing Salesforce sales campaigns, types of data managed and the ability to access data with the Salesforce CRM system.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Recommend, manage and own the vendor contracts associated with external lead acquisition.
  • Utilize the external lead resources to support line of business prospecting working closely with the LOB Marketing Manager for Marketing, Product and Strategy needs, as well as others in the Marketing and the lines of business.
  • Work with Consumer Bank Reporting and Data Analytics to receive, and distribute data for utilization in various marketing channels
  • Conduct test and learn efforts to better utilize CRM data prior to full LOB rollouts.
  • Takes ownership of entity and lead management, data quality, data appends, and maintenance for all LOB's.
  • Builds Sales Campaigns for audiences in marketing platforms for prospecting, client retention, and digital advertising.
  • Become a subject matter expert of data capabilities within the organization

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
  • Ability to manage vendor contracts and budgets within the organizations policies
  • Ability to understand and protect data based on bank and other regulatory requirements
  • Able to set and meet deadlines as well as provide direction and feedback
  • Pays close attention to detail and accuracy - working quickly but accurately is essential to this role
  • Ability to use Salesforce for list development, data analysis, campaign management and dashboard development
  • Strategic understanding of marketing and sales activity
  • Ability to train and communicate with entry level employees as well as executive leaders in the company in accessing data and campaign performance
  • High collaborative skills and ability manage multiple requests during the same time period with minimal supervision
  • Experience with SQL, stored procedures and report builder.
  • Must be results-driven, goal oriented, and deliver impactful solutions to the organization.
  • High attention to detail, ability to identify problem areas and provide problem resolution
