Lead Gaming Developer Job Title: Lead Gaming Developer
Salary: $180k-$250k/yr
Location: 100% REMOTE
Skills: C++, Unreal Engine, AAA, Multiple shipped titles (as a Senior or Lead), expert with at least one modern gen platform, team lead experience, .NET (plus), Maya API (plus)

We are a BAFTA and VGA nominated developer of narrative adventure games and we are looking for a Lead Developer to lead our team as we develop an unannounced AAA game. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a Lead, expertise in at least one modern gen platform, and are an expert with C++ and Unreal Engine (4 or higher). What You Will Be Doing -Lead a team of software engineers in the design and implementation of core features
-Collaborate with directors and leads to innovate and implement game and platform features
-Build out teams
-Provide technical leadership
What You Need for this Position Technical Requirements:
-Expert with C++
-Expert with Unreal Engine 4 or higher
-Expert with the newest Xbox/PlayStation/PC

Other requirements:
-Must have at least 1 shipped AAA title as a Team Lead. Multiple shipped AAA titles as a lead are highly preferred.
