We are currently seeking a Lead Functional Consultant - Oracle Cloud Payroll to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are currently seeking aLead Functional Consultant - Oracle Payroll to join our team working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Participates on (and may lead) projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
• Configures or supports Oracle Payroll module
• Provides solution oversight for module design, configuration and integrations
• Work closely with the Technical Consultants/Team to provide requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration and conversions for Oracle Payroll
• Supports large and critical software applications within the organization
• Viewed as a functional expert or advisor for Oracle Payroll
• Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.
• Executes schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion.
• Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules.

Preferred:

• Experience working with external interfaces to 3rd party benefits, Banks for ACH deposits, etc.
• Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution based on Oracle Fusion technology.
• Specialized by Oracle on Oracle Payroll
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Oracle Payroll Certification or ability to attain after hire
• PHR-CP, SPHR-CP or another HR Certification
• Experience with Visio
• Experience with implementing or supporting payroll systems for other geographies (Canada, UK, etc)
• Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Ability to travel 75% of the time (post Covid-19 restrictions)

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting HR systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll for US.
