National Law Firm is looking for a full-time, take charge Receptionist for its multi-office practice. The ideal candidate(s) would be detail-oriented team players who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. Duties will be assigned as required (i.e. administrative work, meeting set ups, and general clerical support). This position requires the person be in-office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Offering a competitive salary plus benefits (for full time employees) including insurance, paid PTO, 401K and covered parking

Responsibilities include:

1. Answer and screen incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
2. Maintain and update the firm's phone extension list
3. Manage conference room reservations
4. Assist the Accounting Department with processing vendor invoices
5. Other assistance as required

Skills for this position include:

1. Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to organize and follow through with plans/tasks
4. Maintain firm and client confidentiality
5. Proficiency with Outlook and Word - Excel a plus
6. Positive attitude
7. Previous law firm experience a plus
