SWP Contracting & Paving is hiring for an experienced Landscape Laborer for a project in Texas. Must be able to pass a background check The Landscape Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor by operating one or several types of maintenance equipment and tools. This position may also require routine repair and maintenance of equipment in addition to other duties. This job description is intended to describe the general content and requirements for the performance of this job. Responsibility and Duties:

• Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
• Landscaping-Basic grounds, tree pruning, mow, weed, and common edge areas and vacant lot grounds as well as snow removal and plowing
• The Maintenance Technician works closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.
• Must be able to move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Utilize Work Order system to perform tasks requested by the Community Manager.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Able to pass a drug test - SWP is a drug-free environment

10hr work days/40hr work weeks (additional as needed-including weekends/travel time)
