What You Will Be Doing Main Responsibilities:

- Work in the beautiful coastal redwoods and rural communities of Northern California
- Utilize AutoCAD and Trimble software to develop project designs, reviewing the plans with internal staff/external partners
- Plan, organize, and oversee survey crews/office staff to achieve successful project delivery
- Communicate regularly with clients and staff about projects, scope, schedule, cost, resource allocation, and prioritization
- Manage and guide other professional staff, providing overall project management and quality control
- Prepare and sign parcels, subdivision maps, and records of survey
- Direct staff of projects and assist in tracking project budgets for projects assigned
- Assist in billing for projects
- Provide overtime to meet project deadlines
- Perform field surveying and/or construction staking services
What You Need for this Position 3-5+ years of Land Surveying experience (GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and UAV Surveys)

- Functional knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Software
- PLS License in your state of operation (LSIT required)
- Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Engineering or related field (B.S. in Geomatics or Surveying preferred)
- CFed Certification is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
