Description

Supporting Sales Reps and Sales Managers in delivering specialized services to outlets by being fully versed with the Trinchero Family Estates portfolio of wines and spirits, including hand selling of our portfolio, education in wine & spirits for Off Premise accounts, trade event development/management, in-store tastings, social media and driving the overall success of major trade initiatives. In this position, you will serve as an internal and external training resource, with a consultative role for both customers and distributor employees. It is a self-starter role that requires a strong sense of initiative, understanding of resources, budgeting, and how to roll up qualitative & quantifiable results. Both day and some weekend work will be required.

The territory for this position includes all of MA

• Key account presentations and business expertise
• Social Media knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, Snap Chat)
• Innovative sales management strategies
• Drive volume and profit growth
• Execute Joint Business Plan with a Sell-through approach
• Identify and communicate competitive selling initiatives
• Excellent Communication and attention to detail
• Execution of complex selling strategies
• Consumer and brand acumen
• Ability to continually expand knowledge on complex brands and related marketing strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Active computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a high achiever

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred
• The candidate must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and registration
• Available to work flexible hours as required to complete all necessary job functions
• Three to Five years of experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry experience

Physical Demands and Environment

• Occasional physical exertion includes the regular lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds and the occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds
• Work requires frequent standing or walking throughout the work day
• Work requires considerable mental concentration to effectively execute complex tasks requiring periods of focused mental and visual concentration
• Work requires travel and exposure to weather conditions while visiting customers, prospects or vendors
• Potential for accidents due to over-the-road travel including traffic accidents, delivery of goods or the set up of displays
