PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position will support Inspire Brand's CRM & Customer Analytics team focused on building customer-focused analytical models, developing data-driven business insights, and establishing scalable business reporting capabilities. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams and play an instrumental role in solving complex business problems across the CRM and customer analytics 2020 work streams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer and CRM Modeling-Using advanced analytical tools, such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, etc. to develop methodologies for segmenting, targeting, and personalizing communications across all channels.
Ad hoc Analysis-Conduct ad hoc analysis of self-identified opportunities or as instructed
Dashboard Maintenance-Maintain CRM and Customer analytics dashboarding
Customer Reporting-Develop and communicate reporting on customer analytics to brand stakeholders.
Campaign Analysis-Conduct testing to optimize and measure campaign results as they relate to customer segments.
