PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This position will support Inspire Brand's CRM & Customer Analytics team focused on building customer-focused analytical models, developing data-driven business insights, and establishing scalable business reporting capabilities. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams and play an instrumental role in solving complex business problems across the CRM and customer analytics 2020 work streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• Required Minimum: Junior or Senior enrolled in a degree program focused on data science, computer science, statistics, math, economics, business,or engineering
• Preferred: Master's candidate focused on data science, computer science, statistics, math, economics, business, or engineering

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• Required Minimum: None
• Preferred: prior internship focusing on customer modeling, retail analytics, and/or database marketing

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• R Studio experience
• Knowledge of SQL, R and/or Python, Tableau (preferred)
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and a self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail
