Job Description Summary
The Janitorial work flow manager will report into the Janitorial QC Manager and will assist with quality control and maintaining the work order management system.
Job Description

Workflow:

  • Provide oversight, support and training to project teams, janitorial staff and zone management
  • Responsible for all Quality Assurance and Work Order Management for the account
    • Follows all contract/client specific requirements for utilizing client software and reporting
    • Responsible in making sure Account maintains agreed upon KPIs specified in the contract with the client
  • Management Equipment/Asset program for the Account
  • Manage/Delegate/Schedule Periodic Projects
  • Follows work order requirements for ticket reporting, ticket close and additional communication to clients on status or updates to tickets submitted by end user
  • Comfortability in working with line level employees to supervisors to clients
  • Excellent professional communication over email, ping, messages and in person
  • Assist with event management and year-round training of ticket selling staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ticket holders before, during, and after events
  • Manage and track ticket and parking inventory to maximize sales and monitor usage through reporting
  • Collaborate with existing staff in formulating more efficient guidelines to govern interdepartmental policies and procedures.
  • Service and interact with customers on a regular basis to help resolve ticketing questions and concerns.
  • Assist in the proofing of all pricing within the ticketing system & website
  • Interact with other internal departments for fulfillment of ticket requests; i.e. marketing, promotions, community relations, etc.
  • Creates reporting for monthly SBR highlight ticket compliance to contractual SLA's
  • Ability to review and apply janitorial site SLA's to reporting needs and review for compliance
  • Collaborate with sponsorship companies and organizations in the distribution and online management of tickets
  • Safety Training tracking for portfolio of frontline completion of required courses
  • Walks requests from client and/or ticket submission and can perform estimates for services requested (e.g. event, project support, etc.) escalated to management if reviewal from additional resources or vendors is required
Quality Control
  • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the operations teams.
  • Devising ways to improve the processes to ensure higher-quality delivery.
  • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for processes, and training staff to use them.
  • Setting the requirements for subcontractor's services and monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervising custodial staff members and providing guidance.
  • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
  • Overseeing service delivery procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final outcome.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
  • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous Janitorial Quality Control Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous Janitorial Work Order Management Experience
  • Expertise with Windows-based programs especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, e-mail and online calendar system
EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: High School Degree

DESIRABLE: Associates Degree

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to Speak Spanish fluently

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
