Location: Plymouth, MN
Description: Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist local to MN on a permanent basis.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to staff related to software programs and hardware, such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

• Track and respond to all instances of support through the IS ticketing queue updating the status of each ticket.

• Provide new user installation and upgrades of hardware and software applications.

• Update computer software and hardware, as requested.

• Train end-users, as needed, on hardware functionality and software programs.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Three years in IT with a minimum of two years supporting O365 in a Windows 10 environment required.
• Valid Certification(s), and/or related associate degree, preferred
• Basic understanding of VMware, Azure, Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• IT Security and Antivirus
• Knowledge of PC Setup/configuration/troubleshooting/repair
• Experience with Kaspersky, Datto, Compellent, Shoretel &/or KACE is a plus
