Job Description

• This position is responsible to operate as a developer and analyst for the PLM business Processes.

• Responsible for the design, development, and integration of PLM and associated IT software applications.
• Work with IT PLM Managemnet, Leads, Product Owner,  Analysts, of  Engineering, regulatory Control,  Manufacturing, Document Control and IT to determine and define the future roadmap for specific areas and applications as it pertains to PLM.
• Determine solution for changes or redesign architectural landscape that will fit into the framework of the defined roadmap.

Roles and Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation knowledge of various Oracle Agile PLM modules (PC, PPM,PCM,PQM).
• Analyze, design, Develope and customize the Oracle Agile PLM application through configurations and/or custom development to maintain, improve, and extend the functionality using oracle Agile PLM SDK frame work, Java Entity Framework, Java web components (Servlets, JSP, JSFs) and Web services.
• Design and develop the web applications from scratch to extend the capabilities of the existing software Design using the Java MVC frame work, Kendo UI, JQuery, AJAX and Angular scripting frameworks.
• Analyze, design and develop the business data reports using the Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and Oracle product lifecycle Analytics (OPLA) tools.
• Prepare data migration strategies and run data loads to get legacy data into Agile PLM applications using the ETL tools, Oracle agile PLM data load tool, File load or Import.
• Meet with users and functional team to gather business logics, discussing with all stake holders to understand the work flows to propose the best automated solutions.
• Design, develop and support integration between Agile PLM and other systems using the Oracle SOA Suite (PIP), Agile content server (ACS) and Web services.
• Develop and maintain workflows, searches, reports, dashboards criteria logic and approval routings design in Agile PLM application.
• Agile Administration including planning, Installation, Customization, Deployment/Implementation, and clustering. Perform Averify,acollect and implement service packs, patches to fix issues identified. 
• Prepare technical artefacts to discover process of upgrade the Agile PLM application using the Oracle Agile PLM Upgrade Utility Tool.
• Maintain the Application Security model for internal and external users based on roles in Agile PLM application.
• Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation and Providing the technical support for system maintenance or use.
• Prepare the operational reports and procedural documents . Conduct fit/gap analysis, use case scenarios, and other solution design documents to determine where Oracle Agile PLM could improve effectiveness of company systems.
• Evaluate designs or specifications to ensure quality. Participate in Development of test plan, execution and analyses defects using the HP ALM, JIRA and Jenkins testing tools.
•  Develop automate script in NUnit Test Framework for functional GUI test cases using Selenium web drivers as part of Test Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development
• Analyze the statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality a reliability objectives of finished product using the ETL and Quality tools. 
• Perform other technical duties required.
• Liaise with customer representatives to understand the needs of business
• Work closely with users to fully understanding their issues, requirements and

challenges to help provide a solution that will be best suited for their need.

• Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing workflows as it pertains to BOM, ECO, ECR
• Work on PLM solutions and integration solutions with SAP ERP - ECC, EDW, MES and related Solutions
• Work on Document control processes and best practices.
• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Is able to play the role of IT PM for Sand Projects  and Smaller Rock projects. Can design, develop and implement solutions in their domain
• Works well with consultants and other employees in a team setting Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals
• Implement solutions/enhance existing functionality including interfaces to master data and transaction data in other systems. Ensure solution design on PLM platform integrates well with the integrated systems and coordinate changes accordingly with larger IT team
• Identify and define PLM current architectural landscape.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in solving complex problems in own area..
• Adviser for project activities of solution that has advanced to the implementation stage.
• Determine the future roadmap for both MFG and ENG as it pertains to PLM. This includes current tools upgrade plan, tools consolidation, or implementations of new tools.
• Directly participate in the analysis, configuration, development and implementation of Agile IT Business Systems and work closely with the Analyst.
• Analyze business processes, needs, and requests and recommend, Develop solutions using system standards and best practices
• Conduct analysis of system and functional specifications and configuration then develop appropriate documentation.
• Solves complex problems in own area. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Review the proposal of vendors and suppliers to ensure that quality inputs are delivered at the optimal cost
• Manage and/or oversee POC for evaluated solutions.
• Investigate, research and evaluate new applications and/or technologies and application integrations that will improve productivity
• Ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation of projects
• Ensure that solution architecture (software and programs) designed are in sync with business needs and hardware

• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems and coaches /mentors other team members with design leadership to achieve organizational goals
• Acts on both task and objective-oriented instructions
• Interface on a day to day basis with other analysts, business users, super users and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management
• Analyze impact of changes to the corporate application landscape / enterprise Architecture.
• Knows when to ask for responsibility for a task, when to seek help
• Identify, and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building mature processes.

Skill/Job Requirements

• Skill/Job Requirements is based on: education, training, skills and experience. In order to

adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:

• Indepth knowledge and atleast 10+ years on Agile 9.3.3 PLM or above
• Working knowledge on SAP, MES, EDW
• Minimum Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
• equivalent experience.  
• Systems Analyst or Consulting experience preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of PLM business systems analysis experience. Preferably medical device or life sciences industry.
• Working experience ideally in Medical Device Manufacturing, Regulated environment, GXP manufacturing environment
• Experience with Agile and/or Windchill applications is needed
• Experience with cloud computing a plus.
• Architecture / backend Data base of Oracle / Linux environment
• Prior experience with a subset of technologies we use to work on the applications and products: C#, ASP.NET, javascript, typescript, Oracle RDBMS and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Possess a strong business and customer/client focus
• Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management.
• Experience supporting, and administering Agile 9.3.3 or above.
• Experience with Functional analysis of PLM or ERP systems. Working knowledge in

one of the supply chain modules of SAP or Oracle Apps is preferred.

• Experience supporting, and developing Agile ACS code, Agile API SDK based
• customizations and developing Process Extensions.
• Experience with Java based web applications is nice to have.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Excel API experience with ability to build reporting is nice to have.
• Knowledge and understanding of document control, manufacturing, and engineering processes in a medical device company.
• Detailed development of specification documents for development requirements
• Ability to work on multiple projects / initiatives for Solution design concurrently
• Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management process and principles
• Understanding of relational database design and development a plus
• Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment and serviceoriented architectures.
• Experience using a source control management tool a plus (preferably GitHub).
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence tools a plus.
