Although we are currently in the North American market, we see great opportunity to expand our markets. To support this, we are currently looking for an IT Security Analyst for our Warren, NJ headquarters.

This is a position which will support Everest by participating as a proficient member of a competent and experienced team that is dedicated to ensuring proper global application user access and security management in accordance with the company's information security policies & procedures.

This Corporate Security Team member will primarily be responsible for providing access to applications and troubleshooting application access issues, in a fast paced environment, which will intermittently entail coordinating with other Technology teams. This candidate will need to be an efficient team player, be able to take the initiative, and provide top-notch end user assistance in line with Identity & Access Management industry best practices and support application, and tool, implementation and associated activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create, modify and remove access to applications and tools for a global end user population.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and support of continuous improvements to the Corporate Security team as they relate to the betterment of the security administration maturation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and scripting to replace or improve manual access management processes
  • Coordinate with application technical teams to introduce new applications into the environment, and resolve end user access issues. This includes on/offboarding users, security matrices, recertifications, integration for leaver/transfers, and dormancy.
  • Help develop and execute technical, strategic, & tactical solutions and new tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
  • Enforce enterprise-wide IAM & SOX security standards and procedures.
  • Support audit engagements. Must have experience working on an operational Security Admin team.
  • Provide security metrics to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Train teammates and provide on-going feedback and support to improve team performance.
  • Document processes, procedures and events as needed.

Work Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent work experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in providing end user support required.
  • Hands on experience managing user and group access in an Office365 environment
  • Hands on experience managing user and group objects in AD, Azure AD, or other directory services platform.
  • Hands on experience managing user and group permissions in relational database applications
  • Excellent conceptual, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with end users in the course of providing support (both verbally and written in presentation form) required.
  • Experience in an environment using an IAM platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt preferred
  • Experience performing Access Recertifications preferred
