Our client is seeking an IT QA Manager (Automation) in Doral, FL.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced IT QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a proven ability to manage teams and implement effective QA strategies.
• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and systems.
• Develop and implement QA strategies that align with company objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases across various testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Manage and participate in hands-on testing and test automation to identify, document, and resolve system defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality and improve QA processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to continually improve the QA function.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium and JUnit.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
