Project: High profile project in our Service portfolio that will encompass multiple releases over several years.

Qualifications:

• Needs to be in the local area and go into the office 3 times a week.
  • The candidate needs to develop the relationships with both the IT teams and Business teams. This is very difficult to accomplish being remote.
• 5 years of leading software development, business systems or eCommerce projects
• Must understand the SDLC and how it interacts in an Iterative Hybrid Project Management model
• Capable of leading business requirement sessions
• Skilled at developing detailed project schedules between multiple functional areas
• Expert at providing weekly status reports that accurately tell the project story
• Must be receptive to learn evolving business processes
• Adept at learning a new system quickly, a knowledge seeker
• Attention to detail is crucial to being successful
• Must be able to adapt to change and successfully navigate through ambiguity
• A deep rooted desire to "own" their projects, passionate about providing value
• A Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business discipline
• SAP Project Management experience a plus
• Azure DevOps Project Management experience a plus
• Program Management experience a plus
